Trip Global

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 5, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Novara LLC ("we", "us"), which operates Trip Global. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Trip Global creates personalised, day-by-day travel itineraries from the details you provide. Itineraries are produced automatically by software, including AI language models, that combines several information sources (maps, opening days, public holidays and daylight times). Planning a trip is currently free; we earn money through affiliate links (see below). They are planning suggestions, not bookings, and we are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking service. We don't sell travel, so package-travel rules don't apply to us; any booking you make is with the provider you book with.

We do not book, sell, reserve or take payment for flights, hotels or other stays, tours, tickets, transfers, trains, buses, ferries, rental cars, eSIMs or insurance. We never hold your reservation or your money, and we can't change, cancel or refund anything you book. For any of that, contact the company you booked with.

2. Eligibility and your account details

You must be at least 18 to plan a trip. A valid email address is required because that is how we deliver your itinerary, PDF and private link. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for keeping the personal link in your confirmation email to yourself, because it lets the holder manage your trip.

3. Price and limits

Planning a trip is currently free: we don't ask for card details and there is no subscription. To keep it free and fair, each person can plan up to 3 trips a day, and there is a daily limit across the whole site (currently 500 trips). If we ever introduce paid features, we will show the price clearly before you pay anything and update these terms first.

4. Delivery and changes

Your trip is written as soon as you ask for it, usually within a few minutes, and we email you the link and a PDF. Want something different? Plan another trip with new details. Because the service is free, there is nothing to cancel or refund.

Your consumer rights: nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.

5. Emails

When you plan a free trip, we email it to you, and we may also send you occasional trip reminders, travel ideas and suggestions. That is part of how we keep Trip Global free. We never sell your email address or your data, and we don't send spam. Every email has a one-click link to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing doesn't affect your trip.

6. Sharing, offline copies and calendar files

You can share a view-only link to your trip with the people you're travelling with. Anyone with that link can see the trip, so only share it with people you trust. Trips you open may be saved on your device so they work offline, and you can download the PDF and a calendar file. These copies are for your personal use and stay on your device until you delete them. Your trip stays online for 90 days.

7. Accuracy of information

Opening hours, prices, ratings, transport times, weather, holidays, photos and map locations are estimates drawn from public and third-party sources and can change without notice. Please check important details, such as opening times, entry rules, visas, health requirements and safety advice, with official sources before you travel. We do not guarantee that any information is complete, current or error free.

Itineraries are written automatically, to the best of our ability, and can contain mistakes: a place that has closed, a wrong time or distance, a route that doesn't work on the day, or a suggestion that doesn't suit you. Treat every itinerary as a starting point and check everything yourself before relying on it.

8. Third-party places and content

Itineraries mention businesses, attractions and websites we do not own or control. Any booking or purchase you make with them is between you and that provider, under their terms. Our links only take you to other companies' websites; we don't check, endorse or guarantee those companies, the places they sell or what they tell you. We are not responsible for anything they do or fail to do, including cancellations, overbooking, refunds, the quality or safety of a stay, tour or vehicle, or any fraud, scam or misuse of your payment or personal details. Please raise any problem with the company you booked with and, where it applies, your bank or card provider. Some links (for example "Book now", "Book tickets", flights, transfers, rental cars and eSIMs) are affiliate links: we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This is how we keep the service free. Affiliate relationships never decide which places your itinerary recommends. Flight prices we show (such as "Flights from $412") are the lowest one-way fares per person that travellers found recently on a flight search site, looked up when the page loads or, in a PDF, when the PDF was made. They are estimates, not offers: fares change often and may be different, or no longer available, by the time you search, especially when you open a PDF or an older trip later. Dates in a search made from a month (rather than exact dates) are examples you can change. The price and conditions shown by the site you book with are the ones that apply. Photos and other third-party content belong to their owners and are credited where required.

9. Data and content credits

Destination search uses place data from GeoNames, licensed under CC BY 4.0. Maps show OpenStreetMap data through OpenFreeMap, credited on the map itself. Landmark and area photos come from Wikimedia Commons under each photo's own license, and some from Unsplash or Pexels, credited on the photo. Map locations come from Google.

10. Acceptable use

Please use Trip Global for your own personal travel planning. You may not resell itineraries, copy the site or its content at scale, use bots or scrapers, attempt to bypass payment or usage limits, or interfere with the security or operation of the service. We may suspend access for misuse.

11. Intellectual property

The site, brand, design and software belong to Novara LLC. You may use, print and share your itinerary for personal, non-commercial purposes.

12. Your travel and safety

You are responsible for your own travel decisions, safety, documents and insurance. Use judgment, follow local laws and official advice, and consider travel insurance. We have no control over the places, people or companies you meet on your trip, and we are not responsible for theft, crime, scams, accidents, illness, injury, delays, bad weather, natural events or anything else that happens while you travel, including at places an itinerary suggests.

13. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. It is free, and we don’t promise that it will always be available, work as expected, or be fixed by any particular time. We don’t offer customer support or owe an explanation when something doesn’t work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novara LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for losses arising from travel arrangements, closures, delays or third-party services. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to US$50.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law in your country doesn't allow us to limit, or removes rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover any claims, losses or costs arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

15. Changes and termination

We may update these terms, and we may change, limit, suspend or end the service, or any part of it, at any time, with or without notice and without giving a reason. Because it is free, no compensation is due if we do. We may also refuse or block use that breaks these terms or looks automated or abusive. Updated terms apply from the date shown above and do not affect orders already placed. While the service is running, itineraries remain available for the retention period described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Copyright

Photos shown with trips come from Wikimedia Commons under their licences or from Unsplash, with credits, or from our mapping provider. If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, email info@tripglobal.ai with the page and the details, and we will review it promptly.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. If you live in a country that gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts, you keep that right.
